Un programa de reciente creación que nace para aglutinar la difusión de las artes escénicas, la música, la literatura, las artes plásticas, el cine, el patrimonio y la cultura tradicional en el Principado de Asturias, con el objetivo de dar mayor visibilidad a las creadoras y creadores de Asturias, dinamizar la cultura y vertebrar el territorio.
